Key Responsibilities:

  • – Perform onsite GPS device installations on vehicles at client locations.
  • – Diagnose and resolve hardware-related issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • – Conduct routine device health checks, maintenance, and firmware upgrades.
  • – Ensure accurate wiring and sensor connections as per installation standards.
  • – Provide technical support to customers and coordinate with the back-end support team.
  • – Maintain installation records, reports, and customer feedback logs.
  • – Educate clients on device usage and mobile/web platform functionalities.
  • – Ensure timely service delivery and adherence to safety protocols.
