We are looking for a dedicated and technically skilled Technical Support Executive to provide assistance to our school clients, transport staff, and parents. You will be the first point of contact for resolving issues, providing training, and ensuring the smooth operation of our hardware and software solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
- – Provide remote and on-site technical support for GPS Software, RFID attendance systems, and mobile apps.
- – Handle incoming calls, emails, and tickets from schools and users regarding technical issues.
- – Assist with device installation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
- – Coordinate with the development and operations team for bug reporting and resolution follow-ups.
- – Guide school staff and transport teams in using the system efficiently.
- – Maintain issue logs and documentation for reference and reporting.
- – Conduct periodic checks and follow-ups to ensure system health and client satisfaction.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- – Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, Electronics, or a related technical field.
- – 0-1 year of experience in a technical support/helpdesk role.
- – Strong understanding of mobile apps, GPS & hardware troubleshooting.
- – Excellent communication and customer service skills in English and local language.
- – Problem-solving attitude and ability to work under pressure.
- – Willingness to travel occasionally for on-site support and training.
