Optional 4G cameras and dashcams. Parents get pickup/drop and ~2 km-before-stop awareness. SOS and wrong-direction alerts for staff.

RFID attendance (on bus)
Handrail-mounted card reader. Students scan ID/RFID cards when they board or alight. Attendance hits the school system and parent app.
UHF attendance (campus)
UHF readers at school gates or classrooms for automatic pass-by detection — no manual roll call at the entrance.
4G cameras & dashcam
Interior dome cameras with night vision, wide-angle dashcams, optional driver monitoring and two-way audio. Live feed* where enabled.

What is My School Ride / Smart Bus?
My School Ride is Satcop’s school bus safety solution: 4G GPS live tracking, parent/driver/admin apps, RFID and UHF student attendance, and optional 4G cameras/dashcams for cabin and road monitoring.
How does school bus RFID attendance work?
Students carry RFID cards (often in ID cards) and tap a reader mounted on the bus handrail when boarding or alighting. Attendance is recorded in real time for the school and can show in the parent app; SMS/board alerts depend on the school package.
What is UHF attendance?
UHF readers at school gates or classrooms detect UHF tags automatically as students pass by — useful for campus presence without a manual roll call at the entrance.
